    Never. As I’m too tight and not bothered about having a new car.

    @The Drama Man i had an 02 Skoda fabia a few years ago that cost me £400 and I did 300 miles a week up the mway to work in it and it was fab.

    ... PS on the 90's Cinquecento ... It was by far the most recyclable and "sustainable" new car at that time. Fiat designed the entire "cradle to grave" process with the environmental impact in mind ... They'd had a bit of an issue with rust up to that point so they tried to boost its "green" credentials by extending its useful life by galvanising it ... so Fiats not "biodegradable" any more :D
