Have you not got your bit covered ? Just a piece of thick polythene gaffered on is better than nowt till you can get a perm fix or cover maybe ?

 

just gaffer worried about sealing the wet in now too.

Put a small oil rad or Sumat in ta ,dry it out ,then , do Sumat . Don’t you know anyone wiva cover ? dun worry be happy

Dry it off where you can and bung some waterproof Duck tape on it Should do the trick until you can have it fixed.

 

i always wore it up my arms like arm cuffs so i could climb easily

i'm not convinced welder chap is going to be much good and not heard from him so possibly another let down. bah. overlocker being a pita too today.
