We had one of the old black Bakelite ones adapted to work on our modern system. To be honest I never used to use it, I couldn’t be doing with waiting half an hour for the dial to return after dialling each number . They look nice though in a retro way

 

They were/are a right pain in the bum.

The lovely @scrooge95 refurbed and gave me one that colour. It looks great in our "front room". If you wanted to sell one of them I'd be interested as ours has a crack in the back. It was the only stool colour one she had in stock.

They are a pain to dial out from, but have a lovely loud ring for incoming calls
