Putin has zero respect for human life as we have all seen . He could be more of a danger if he loses this war and presses the button . Lets just remind our selves when a nuke goes off ...yes you won't know whats hits you if you are close to the Hypocenter . But those who are not underground in some form of bunker and there won't be many you will suffer appalling consequences . There will be no help no ambulances to come to your aid . No need to go into detail about the state your body's end up like as we all already know .
So lets hope for F sake the Russian people can somehow rid this lunatic because all lunatics have a huge capacity for making a mess

Thrse 'threats' 'possible nuclear', are just to keep the masses in line a bit. Theres been more and more disent, more marches, keep the population a little scared, so they toe the line.
