I had one like that as soon as you walked near they came out for you. I ended up re queening from one of the good hives that sorted them over time

Unfortunately we were unable to spot the queen before winter. We got our ‘bee mentors’ to have a look. They couldn’t spot her either, and got stung! The aim is to kill the current queen and take a queen cell from the calm hive and put it in with the nasty ones in the hope they’d calm down. They really are aggressive
