What did you repair it with?

 

An off cut of stainless steel exhaust pipe. Adhered that with High Temp silicone then just a bit of filler on the outside.

None of those are Schnorr washers. ...

 

ROOOOOOCK AAAAAAND ROOOOOOLLLL!

 

Yup, had a chap in just this week who a) didn't replace the washers, and b) didn't use a torque wrench on the bolts.
Cost him a trip on a yellow taxi and a new old output flange from my stash coz 2 of the bolts had worked loose, sheared and fubar'd the threads.
Hapeth o tar and all that...
